In this module, you will learn about the fundamental business model of commercial banking, accounting and financial statement analysis, equities through practical examples, fixed income, rates, credit instruments, practical risk management implementation, and the use of derivatives in capital markets.
In our bootcamp, we will cover key aspects of Banking and Finance, including the digital landscape, smart investments, disruptive technologies, security considerations, evolving technology trends, and the future of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
In this training, you will learn the importance of body language in engaging audiences, effective voice usage and avoiding disfluencies. We will cover crafting attention-grabbing messages, utilizing the Diamond flow and influencing action. Additionally, we will introduce the PACE® Color Palette for improved workplace communication and identifying communication patterns.
This module provides a structured approach to mastering interviews. Participants will learn interview preparation, effective communication, handling different scenarios, asking intelligent questions, and post-interview follow-up. A final assessment, involving a series of questions will be completed online at the end to conclude our bootcamp.
We will explore the role of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) in initial public offerings (IPOs) and the challenges they face. We will analyze the reasons for companies going public and the potential drawbacks. The course will cover the stages involved in an IPO and examine major stock exchanges worldwide, including their differences and the impact of alternative trading venues. We will also delve into algorithmic trading and its effects on the global equity market. Additionally, we will study equity indices, their uses, and the mechanics behind them.
We will cover key Excel concepts such as formulae, references, and data manipulation. Topics included core formulae, absolute vs. relative references, naming cells and ranges, data validation, filters, conditional formatting, text and lookup functions, pivot tables for data analysis, logical functions, error handling, circular references, and working with data from external sources. In our PowerPoint overview we will cover the interface, templates, slide customization, working with text, images, and tables, and crafting impactful messages. It also includes adding graphical objects, producing pitch books, and oral presentations.
This course explores corporate entrepreneurship, focusing on fostering innovation, identifying opportunities, building entrepreneurial teams, managing resources and growth, and navigating the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Participants will develop practical skills and knowledge to drive entrepreneurial initiatives within established organizations, fostering sustainable growth and innovation.
This course on defining your personal brand covers the fundamentals of personal branding, including self-discovery, crafting your brand identity, building an online presence, networking, effective communication, and leveraging your brand for career advancement.
